Hello there my lovely readers!  I hope you all have had a wonderful Christmas and fabulous New Year! I think I can say with complete confidence that this Christmas holiday I have well and truly eaten the equivalent of my whole body weight by stuffing my face with turkey, Christmas pudding and chocolates! In today's post I thought I would take a look back and to reminisce over the recent events that have happened in my life in 2015.


A Very Berry Smoothie

Not only do I love eating the food that I have created, I love to take photos of them.  A photo of a smoothie that I created the other day was largely popular with my Instagram friends, so I thought it was essential for me to post a "recipe" over here on my blog.  I say the word "recipe" loosely as I wouldn't really call it a recipe at all.  You literally can fling in any ingredient that you like and 9 times of out 10 it will come out tasting very yummy.   I love the fact that you don't have to be too precise or too fussy when it comes to smoothies. I started to fiddle around with smoothie recipes at the end of last summer and it came to my conclusion that smoothies which contained a large amount of fruits and healthy seeds seemed to be my favourite.
